Lab for Biobehavioral Research on Autism, Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental disabilities

Autism Spectrum Disorder Studies

COVID-19 Update: Our institution, center, and lab are taking every precaution to minimize risk to our research participants, their family members, and our staff. We currently are conducting remote visits for our ASD study. If you are interested in participating, please fill out the form below to enroll in the study or contact us at brainlab@ku.edu for more information.

Our studies of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) aim to characterize sensorimotor and cognitive functioning development in ASD. We interpret behavioral measures and measures of brain function and anatomy to examine the neural mechanisms involved in ASD. These studies are open to individuals ages 10 through 25 years old with a diagnosis of ASD, Asperger’s Syndrome, or PDD-NOS.

If you or your child is interested in participating in our ASD study, please fill out this form or contact us directly via phone (785-864-4461) or email (ndrlab@ku.edu).
